What are your processing times?
- Processing time for ready-made inventory is 7-10 business days. Processing time for made-to-order inventory is 1-2 weeks
How can I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all credit cards for online purchases, as well as Apple Pay. For in-person payment we accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, and tap pay
Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?
- All order confirmations and receipts are emailed to you within 1 hour of your purchase. Contact cozycactus25@gmail.com if you need the confirmation resent.

What is your return policy?

Cozy Cactus is a proud small business that started when Karley was in college. She is currently working out of her house, and ship directly to customers with no third-party supporters. Karley is the CEO of The Cozy Cactus, she built TCC brand herself and continues to run the business firsthand. Her favorite task includes packing all of your wonderful orders and creating content to motivate other women to follow their small business owner dreams. As The Cozy Cactus is a small business out of her home, she hopes one day she will be able to have her on shop where she can package more than one order at a time. She Also loves to do pop up shops at vendor sites all over the southeast region.
